The effect of first aid kits is slowed down. During treatment, your hands are busy, so you won’t be able to shoot for a short time (MEDICINE RC ver. 1.0. ColR_iT);
Added three new artifacts, expensive and rare. Also, a new body armor with excellent protective properties is very expensive. It will be possible to purchase (or miss) only once;
A new group and a new storyline parallel to the main one. The plot from TC remained almost untouched, only in places where it intersects with the new plot, changes were made;
The characteristics of most "barrels", cartridges and their prices have been adjusted (in the original game, the AK-74 is the same as a child's firecracker).
Two new “barrels”: the MG-42 machine gun and the modified VAL. Not on sale. You can get it by completing a multi-step quest given by Major Girya (Military Warehouses);
Stalkers bypass anomalies (Stalkers are not blind v0.99 by Red75), use grenades in battle, heal if you have a first aid kit, bandage, heal wounded allies (AI pack RC. xStream), and also attach silencers, sights, and under-barrel grenade launchers to machine guns and use them for their intended purpose;
The graphics have improved significantly, the sun and moon have appeared (Panoramic_Mod_2.1).

Do not rush to take the task from the Bartender to kill a serviceman at Agroprom. This deserter (Corporal Golopupenko) has business with you.
It is advisable to complete the quest to find a machine gun from Major Giri completely before the official end of the Shadows of Chernobyl plot, because... one of the characters participating in it, after the player passes the Monolith Control bunker, will disappear.
Before moving to another location, save just in case. Save through the menu, not F6.
Carefully read the dialogues with plot (quest) characters (or better yet, with all of them) and SMS addressed to Marked (greenish-blue), some moments are voiced only in them - in dialogues and messages.
If, in the process of completing a quest, you received an SMS or learned from a dialogue with the quest character that you need to wait and walk for a while (usually not long, 3-7 minutes), then wait and walk, but do not move to another location until the character calls you to him (via SMS) or gives you a task. Then, after talking to him (or receiving an SMS), you can move on wherever you want.
It is recommended to play at the “experienced” or “veteran” difficulty level (“beginner” is a kindergarten, and “master” is a bit difficult for “hardcore players”).

I will say one thing: when making minor changes (additions), I did it not for the sake of the fact itself - just to change something, but striving for plausibility, realism and some variety, but within reason, of course. After all, this is a game, not life. There are enough difficulties in life as it is.

- After the battle, it is advisable to collect all the “trunks” and shove them over the corpses, because There is no “cleaner” of weapons, there is only a “cleaner” of corpses. If you do not do this, then the longer you play, the more unattended weapons will accumulate and, accordingly, the load on the game will increase, which may increase the likelihood of crashes.
- If you drink vodka, then have a good snack. Now the food is a little sobering. Vodka itself, in addition to removing radiation, slightly removes psi damage.
- On your first visit to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, clear the location. Especially the armored personnel carrier, which is located in the west (where the military captain hangs out). The release will not be a problem. Same with the X-10 - kill everyone on the first run.

Found hands of zombies (15 pcs.) and burers (5 pcs.), tentacles of bloodsuckers (3 pcs.), as well as artifacts “Film” (2 pcs.), “Fireball” (3 pcs.), “Night Star” (1 piece) do not sell. They will come in handy.

There are smoke grenades in the game. I didn’t want to introduce them, I thought it was nonsense, but then I thought and decided - let them be, because... they help to stir up frozen stalkers. If you see a stalker standing and dumb, not reacting to anything, throw a smoke grenade at his feet.
- Read the plot (and indeed all) dialogues to the end. Do not interrupt by exiting with the Esc key!

Important!
1. Transition from Landfill to Bar. You definitely need to wait for the drunken debtor, which opens the gate only during daylight hours. Even after paying for the passage to one of the debtors at the gate, do not open the gate yourself! This is how the plot at NPP-1 gets lost. In other words, you will have to replay a lot!
2. In Pripyat (PM) it is necessary to remain in certain areas:
a) the entire alley from the Radar entrance to the intersection;
b) the entire left side of the city perimeter;
c) at the stadium
