Walking through the ruler's labyrinth. Path of Exile - Trials of Ascension Path of exile ascension walkthrough

In the Ascendancy update, a new zone has been added to the Path of Exile game map - "The Ruler's Labyrinth". This location must be completed to gain access to new subclasses and enchantments. In addition, here you can acquire five unique items that can only be obtained by completing this test. But this will not be so easy. The walkthrough of "Path of Exile: The Ruler's Labyrinth", presented in this guide, will help you figure out all the secrets.

How to access the location?

Before entering the main maze, you will need to complete challenges in six small areas.

  1. The first of them is located in the Prison Dungeon (Act 1).
  2. To get to the second labyrinth, go to the second level of the House of Sins (Act 2).
  3. The third one you will find in the Crypt of the first level (Act 2).
  4. Further passage of "Path of Exile: The Ruler's Labyrinth" will lead you to the "Crematorium" location (Act 3).
  5. After passing this zone, go to the Catacombs (Act 3).
  6. The last location you need to go through is the Green Labyrinth (Act 3). Please note that there is no direct teleport to this play area and can only be accessed from the Imperial Gardens.

All these small tests must be completed once in order to permanently gain access to the main task. The entrance to the labyrinth will be located in the city of Sandria. This is where we will go in search of new adventures.

Path of Exile: Maze Walkthrough

This location is a dungeon filled with fascinating puzzles, deadly traps and dangerous monsters. In this case, the appearance and layout of the labyrinth is generated randomly. The rooms and traps remain unchanged for 24 hours, after which the location will change, and other challenges await you the next time you enter.

The passage of Path of Exile will not leave even the most experienced player indifferent, because a most exciting adventure awaits you here. For example, to find the key to a locked door, you will need to find a way into a room protected by dangerous and sometimes deadly traps. The main advice when passing tests is not to rush. Sometimes a few seconds of observing traps are enough to understand how to get through them without losing health. In addition, some useful items that are worth taking on the mission will help in the passage. For example, most traps cause bleeding on the player, and vials that neutralize this effect must be added to your inventory. But it would also be a good idea to take a few health restorers on the mission.

Meeting with the boss

But traps aren't all that Path of Exile: The Ruler's Labyrinth has in store for players. Completing the test will give you the opportunity to fight the main boss of the location, Izarius, three times. At the same time, every time he becomes stronger and changes his capabilities. In addition, in all phases of the battle the boss will summon new assistants to his side. During the first phase of the battle featured in this Path of Exile walkthrough, Isarius will set up statues against you. These helpers are not that strong, and some of them can be killed, while others can be deactivated. Before damaging the boss, you need to neutralize the statues, otherwise Izrari will receive bonuses in the final fight for each active assistant.

Final challenge

In the second stage of the fight, the main enemy will begin to summon mini-bosses to his side, which must also be destroyed before causing damage to the main enemy. The third stage is the most difficult of the tests. If you did not destroy the assistants from previous battles, then the main boss will receive a large addition to his strength. In addition, traps will appear in the room; you should avoid them during the battle. But remember that Izrariy at some point can take you straight into a trap. After finally defeating the boss, you will be transported to a location where you can cast new enchantments, open chests and take a subclass.

The Lord's labyrinth is a dungeon consisting of several locations, each of which is filled with deadly traps, monsters and secrets. For completing the labyrinth completely, the character gets the opportunity to choose the Ascendancy subclass, as well as 2 Ascendancy talent points for leveling up a separate branch of Ascension talents.The main problem when passing this dungeon is that you need to complete it without dying, because after death the character is transferred to the city and you need to start the race from the very beginning.

There are a total of four difficulties for the Ruler's Labyrinth in Path of Exile:

  • Labyrinth
  • Cruel Labyrinth
  • Merciless labyrinth
  • Eternal labyrinth, Uber labyrinth, Uber lab

In order to gain access to each difficulty of the labyrinth, you must pass the Ascendancy trials, also called trials. Trials are areas with traps of a certain type that must be completely completed and an item activated at the end. Trials for the first three difficulties are located in the normal acts of the story game. Trials for the uber labyrinth appear randomly on maps, which is why opening all uber trials usually takes quite a lot of time, because you may get the same trial or there will be no trials at all on your maps. We know effective methods for finding and passing Uber trials and can open access to your Uber labyrinth in a few hours!

To access the uber labyrinth, you will need to go through all the previous labyrinths, and you also need a special item - an offering to the Goddess, which drops out when you complete the uber trial. An offering is needed for each new run into the Uber Maze.

A labyrinth of any complexity is a generated dungeon with its own unique set of locations. As the player progresses through the labyrinth, he will have to fight three times with Izaro, the guardian of the labyrinth. Izarius uses one of three types of weapons, has various types of power-ups and a unique set of traps - all these features change every day, which only makes it more difficult to complete. To effectively navigate the labyrinth, the player must be familiar with all of Izaria's tricks, because you cannot die in the labyrinth - you will have to start the entire race all over again.

Don’t forget that the labyrinth is not only an access to Ascension talent points, but also one of the very effective ways to farm in the game. After completing the entire labyrinth and killing Izarius, you gain access to the last room of the labyrinth, which contains a device with which you can cast an enchant and 10 chests with valuable loot. Chests can be opened using keys, which are obtained in various ways in the poe labyrinth itself. In addition, unique items that can only be obtained from the labyrinth can drop from Izaria and chests in the labyrinth, which significantly increases their cost.

The enchantment can be placed on gloves, boots or a helmet (in a normal labyrinth only gloves, in a cruel one - gloves and boots). The power of enchantments on objects depends on the complexity of the maze traversed (the best enchantments are in the uber maze path of exile). Enchanted items receive special effects that greatly increase your character's power. To obtain the necessary enchantments for each item, it can take quite a lot of runs and time, especially considering that you need to go through the labyrinths very carefully so as not to die. From us you can order any number of walkthroughs of Uber Labs to get the necessary enchantments for items.

How long does it take to complete the service?

Completing the usual, brutal and ruthless trials takes about 20-30 minutes. Completing Uber trials from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Passing the labyrinths takes from 15 to 30 minutes. Runs into the Uber Maze to enchant objects take an average of 10-15 minutes.

Can I personally take part in the passage of the labyrinth?

Yes, you can personally go through a maze of any difficulty with our experienced player, without transferring your account. But the price for passing through the ruthless and uber labyrinth is higher due to the increasing risks.

If I transfer an account, can I somehow control the process of performing the service?

We provide a stream (online broadcast) of pumping, you can always monitor the process of the service. In addition, our operators are always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Like any other modern MMORPG, farming in Path of Exile is structured around completing quests and destroying crowds of monsters. They drop you in-game currency and various things. Beginner players can travel through acts and fight monsters there, but more experienced characters prefer to visit various dungeons that have an amount of loot equal to the chosen difficulty.

One of the most difficult places is Uber Laba PoE. To get into it, we need to complete one offering, which can be knocked out in the challenge cards. As in other cases, a portal to the dungeon opens near the place of offering, but, unlike other dungeons, in Uber Lab the player is given only one attempt to complete it. That is, if we die during the battle, then we can return here only after completing the next offering.

For all those who are trying to complete the Uber Laba test for the first time, it is important not to rush - each of your actions must be thought through very carefully. Inside, not only crowds of enemies await us, but also a variety of traps, each of which has its own specifics.

Basics you need to know to complete the Labyrinth

So, the Labyrinth is a dungeon with a dynamically generated environment. That is, every time you visit it, you will be traveling through an unknown world - it will change after a day, whereas when visiting the dungeon on the same day, you will follow an already known route.

During the test, you will have to meet the main boss of the Labyrinth, Ruler Izarius, three times. And each time the fight with him will have its own characteristics, since the conditions of the battle will change, depending on the actions performed by the player at earlier stages of the passage. The first time you need to lower the boss's health to 2/3, the second - to 1/3, and at the end the battle will last until complete victory.

There are several different types of rooms in the Labyrinth:

  • Empty - rooms without chests, in which you can only come across hidden traps;
  • Room with the possibility of finding a Silver Key - here there is a chance to find a passage to a room with a Golden Key;
  • Rooms with a Silver Chest - to access here, the previously found Silver Key is used; in the room you can find the chest of the Emperor, Prosperus or a Shrine, which gives a certain positive effect;
  • Room with the Golden Key - there is a chance to find a Key that will open access to the arenas with Izarius;
  • Room with a Golden Door - to complete the room you must use the Golden Key (without it you will not be able to advance further);
  • Room with Artifacts – here you can find a lot of rewards and chests protected by dangerous traps;
  • Challenger's Trial rooms are arenas with Isarius where you will fight the boss.
  • There are a lot of traps in the Labyrinth, which are divided into several classifications:

  • Saws and rotating blades;
  • Melting barriers and spike traps;
  • Sentry traps;
  • Dart throwers and blade guards.
  • The locations of the traps also change along with the change in the Labyrinth itself, but if you have already visited the dungeon within 24 hours, they will be located in the same places. Individually, traps do not pose a serious danger to an experienced player, but when placed together, they can cause quite a serious level of damage and you can go home immediately after your first steps through the dungeon.

    In addition to the main boss, in the rooms you can come across another dangerous enemy - Argus. This character is very often found in rooms with the Golden Key and uses the Enrage skill. In some rooms there is a small room that Argus cannot enter. Standing there, the hero can calmly deal damage to it without receiving damage in return.

    What do we need to quickly complete the Labyrinth at maximum difficulty? It's simple, it's:

  • Anti-bleeding flasks with instant treatment;
  • Stone Golem;
  • Replenishing Totem;
  • Pounce and Fire Dash.
  • Of course, this set is far from universal, and each player can independently choose items and skills that, in his opinion, will be more useful in a given dungeon. But the presented list will help you not only not waste time restoring health, but also deal stable damage to monsters, including the main boss and his “cute pet” Argus.

    To successfully complete the test, it doesn’t hurt to take into account several important factors: what weapons Izarius currently has in his hands, and what kind of buffs he can get in the room. This information is provided by numerous resources and knowledge bases dedicated to Path of Exile, so that each player can get acquainted with the necessary facts in advance by simply going to a useful service.

    How to navigate the Labyrinth correctly?

    The speed of completing the Labyrinth and, accordingly, the reward for the Ascension test depends on how well you can use your card. In most cases, we start the path somewhere at the bottom of the dungeon or on the right side. In 90% of cases, the transition to the location we need will be in the opposite part of the map - just at the top or at the top and to the right.

    If the player appears in the upper left part of the map, then the exit is somewhere nearby, and we do not need to go through the entire level to find it. Of course, there are other variations in the appearance of the passage, but, as a rule, it will not be located too far from the places described above.
